  Thank you very much to Tom and his wonderfully pro-active and friendly team of staff, from the office to the yard, to young Jarred on his shiny fork lift!!
  
  i was guided around the saw mill (in a high vis!) and allowed to pick the show piece of live edge elm that i searched for, for ages around the country, with patience and politeness at all times, well done guys!
  
  the stacks are heavy and high.. yet i felt i could keep asking to see more, fantastic customer service.. i did research the pieces i needed from their excellent stock list on their excellent website prior to travelling down which helped the guys out too.
  
  as the MD, Tom seems a very accommodating, friendly, open minded and hands on kind of chap.. exactly what all companies need! He was actively participating in the yard and all around the site which i love to see!
  
  i cannot wait to complete these boards and travel back down to pick some more!
  
  thanks again just a shame i got to you so late! time really flies when you're having fun! :)
